CIRB Announces Tenth Class of Emerging Leaders

WASHINGTON, DC (September 12, 2024) – Today, the Crop Insurance and Reinsurance Bureau (CIRB) has named 19 industry professionals to its 2024-2025 Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) class. The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to build the next generation of crop insurance and reinsurance leaders.

“Now in the tenth year, the Emerging Leaders Program continues to demonstrate its vital role in shaping the future of the crop insurance industry. Through extensive educational programming, valuable networking opportunities, and active engagement in Washington, D.C., we are equipping the next generation of leaders for success. I am excited to collaborate with this new cohort and advance our industry together,” said Lindsey Rinkenberger, CIRB chairwoman.

The 2024-2025 CIRB Emerging Leaders Program class includes:

Throughout the yearlong program, ELP participants will receive media training, learn strategies for effective advocacy for the crop insurance industry, and have the opportunity to build their professional network by joining CIRB Executive Committee Meetings.
