Daysha Pannell, AgriSompo North America
Daysha Pannell is the Regional Operations Manager for AgriSompo, where she leads the Midwest MPCI crop insurance underwriting group and helps drive cross-departmental, agent, and producer experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and brings more than 20 years of experience in the crop insurance industry. Outside of work, Daysha and her husband, Rex, have been together for 19 years, run a small cow/calf operation, and support their busy family while Rex operates his own welding and fabrication business. They stay active cheering on their daughter, Taygen, and son, Boone, in a wide range of competitive sports and activities.
Robbie Fossett, AgriSompo North America
Robbie Fossett is a Business Development Manager at AgriSompo. He manages a team of Business Development Representatives overseeing insurance sales, while maintaining and growing relationships with agencies and meeting growth and profitability goals across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. He grew up in Cleburne, Texas, where he was involved in FFA, and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Natural Resource Management and a minor in Agricultural Economics, bringing 12 years of experience in the crop insurance industry to his role. Robbie lives in Shallowater, Texas, with his wife,
Meagan, and their two daughters, Collyns and Parker, and enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling with his family.

Shon Grimm, American Farm Bureau Insurance Services, Inc.
Shon Grimm is a claims supervisor for American Farm Bureau Insurance Services (AFBIS). Shon manages adjusters over 3 states and their claims workload. He also works with crop insurance agents and farmers throughout his area to help them better understand the policies and making sure their claims are worked correctly and paid timely. Shon attended Hawkeye Community College and Wartburg College in Iowa. He has over 16 years of experience in the crop insurance industry and 14 of those as a manager. Shon grew up on a family farm in Iowa with crops and livestock. He also enjoys spending time with his kids and grandchildren, grilling out and watching football.
Ryan Nintzel, Aon Reinsurance Solutions
Ryan Nintzel is a Managing Director at Aon Reinsurance Solutions, a division of Aon plc. In his
role, he is responsible for client management and development, as well as the development
and execution of reinsurance solutions on behalf of clients. Ryan holds a degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from St. Olaf College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He has nearly 20 years of experience in insurance and agriculture. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three young boys on the water and on the slopes.
Ann Brady, Core Specialty
Ann Brady is a Senior Vice President in the Agriculture Division of Core Specialty. Ann’s role is a Reinsurance Underwriter. Ann has worked in the reinsurance industry for 30+ years in various roles. Prior to joining Core Specialty, she served as an agriculture reinsurance broker at Guy Carpenter for 12 years. Ann’s hobbies include travel, golf, walking her dog and spending time with family.
Angie Bane, COUNTRY Financial
Angie Bane is a Crop Underwriter at COUNTRY Financial. In this role, she evaluates and
underwrites business while working closely with agency partners and crop specialists to ensure
outstanding service for COUNTRY clients. After graduating from the University of Illinois, Angie
began her career as an educator, building an agriculture and FFA program at her alma mater prior to transitioning to the insurance industry. Alongside her husband and three daughters, she operates a purebred seedstock cattle operation in Towanda, IL. Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her daughters at cattle shows across the nation, and volunteering with her church, Farm Bureau, PTO, and County Fair Queen Pageant Committee
Katie Worner, COUNTRY Financial
Katie Worner is currently a Crop Underwriter at Country Financial. In this role, Katie provides support to Reps and processes all Crop Insurance related tasks throughout the Crop Insurance cycle. Katie graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management. During her free time, she enjoys helping on her family farm in Mason County raising corn, soybeans, seed corn, and pumpkins, travelling to the beach, and being with family and friends.
Rob Martin, Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa
Rob Martin is Senior Vice President of Reinsurance for Farmers Mutual Hail (FMH), an Approved Insurance Provider participating in the Federal Crop Insurance Program. He is responsible for helping to oversee FMH’s reinsurance strategy and relationships, helping ensure the company’s long-term financial strength and ability to serve America’s agriculture producers. Rob earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education from the University of Northern Iowa and has built a successful career in Reinsurance. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Insurance and Reinsurance Underwriters Association (IRUA) and enjoys golfing, taking walks, and riding bikes with his wife and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Willie Jones, Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa
Willie Jones works for Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company, where he currently manages the South-Central sales territory. In his current role as an Inside Sales Representative, he works closely with the National Sales Manager to support our field sales staƯ through training, communications, commission addendums, industry updates, and, when needed, by serving as a Territory Sales Manager to bridge staƯing gaps until a replacement is hired. Willie earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He began my career in the crop insurance industry as an insurance agent and has since served as an Adjuster, Marketing/Field Underwriter, AVP of Sales, and most recently as an Inside Sales Representative in the home oƯice. He and his wife have four children who keep them busy with their many activities. In his free time, Willie enjoys coaching their various sports teams and playing a round of golf whenever he has the opportunity.
Taylor Brady, Gallagher Re
Taylor Brady is a Reinsurance Broking Analyst with Gallagher Re, supporting clients across the Crop, Livestock and Property sectors. In her role, she analyzes insurer portfolios, risk exposures, and market conditions to support the design, placement, and optimization of reinsurance programs to develop solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Taylor obtained her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 2024 and joined Gallagher Re in July of 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and watching a wide variety of sports.
Trent Hunwardsen, Howden Re
Trent Hunwardsen serves as an Associate on the U.S. Broking team at Howden Re. In his role, Trent plays a key part in developing client submissions for new and renewal placements, creating comprehensive pre and post-renewal presentations, and pricing/structuring support. He received his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where he studied Finance and previously spent a summer as an intern for Howden Re before joining full time. Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time at the lake fishing and swimming, cheering on the Minnesota Wild and Green Bay Packers and being with family.

Andrew Stomper is a senior actuarial manager with Hudson Crop & Livestock. His main responsibility is developing and executing the risk mitigation strategy for Hudson’s livestock program. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree Math and Economics; he has been working in the crop insurance industry for 3 years. His main hobbies are fitness, sports and music.
Misha Stewart, Hudson Crop & Livestock
Misha Stewart is the Director of IT Products at Hudson Crop & Livestock. In her role, she leads the delivery of technology solutions that support crop insurance products and operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and enterprise systems. Misha earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New Orleans, an MBA from the University of North Texas, and a Project Management Professional certification. She has built her career in the crop insurance industry through diverse experiences across agencies, technology vendors, and an Approved Insurance Provider. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their two children, and spending time hiking in the Pacific Northwest.
Neomi Hammond, Rural Community Insurance Services
Neomi Hammond is a Regulatory Operations and Governance Manager at RCIS, with over 17 years of experience in the crop insurance industry. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal program requirements, overseeing quality control systems, and driving alignment across training, SOP, and compliance functions to support program integrity and operational excellence. Neomi began her career as a crop insurance agent and has since developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality control across multiple Approved Insurance Providers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, staying active, and supporting her favorite sports teams.
Tim Leier, Rural Community Insurance Services
Timothy Leier is the Vice President of Claims Operations Quality and Service for RCIS (Rural Community Insurance Services). In his role, he leads efforts to ensure the claims organization operates as efficiently as possible while maintaining a high standard of quality and delivering exceptional service through strong communication and customer-focused support. Tim graduated from the University of Mary, earning a bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. He and his wife, Hannah, have two children, Beckett and Maris, and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors together as a family. In his free time, Tim enjoys following his favorite sports teams, the Detroit Lions and New York Yankees, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
Juliana Cisotto, Skyward Specialty Insurance
Juliana Cisotto is an Assistant Vice President and Sr. Underwriter for Global Agricultural Reinsurance at Skyward Specialty Insurance. She is responsible for supporting, expanding, maintaining, and managing Skyward’s global portfolio of agricultural reinsurance. Her responsibilities include analyzing coverage structures, evaluating risk, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development and placement of insurance solutions. She represents Skyward in the reinsurance market with brokers and ceding company clients. Juliana joined Skyward Specialty in September 2023. She has over 15 years of experience combining risk analysis, financial products, global agricultural reinsurance, and beef production in sectors such as banking, the beef industry, and reinsurance in Brazil and the USA. She holds a degree in Animal Science from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a postgraduate degree in Financial Markets (Saint Paul Business School), both in Brazil. She was also an international student at the University of California, Davis (UCDavis). She is very active and loves being outdoors, enjoying nature, hiking, traveling, swimming, and appreciating time at the beach. She also enjoys playing and watching sports, reading good books, and listening to music to relax.

Josh is the Chief Software Architect for Watts and Associates, Inc. He leads his team in building software to solve and help others solve problems in the crop insurance space. Josh graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from West Texas A&M University and has been building software for 20 years, the last 10 years of which have been in the crop insurance industry. He has a passion for learning and for building sustainable software solutions that adapt to an effervescent world. When he’s not writing code, Josh loves to play board games and spend time with his wife and two young children.
