Zane J. Vaughn

Chairman of the Board
Zane J. Vaughn currently serves as general counsel of ARMtech Insurance Services, Inc. (“ARMtech”). In addition, Zane serves as Chairman of the CIRB Executive Committee and Vice-Chairman of the NCIS Legal Affairs Board Advisory Group.
Zane has extensive experience in to the courtroom working with the law firm of McCleskey, Harriger, Brazill & Graf, L.L.P. (“MHBG”). At this time Zane became a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and began working on behalf of clients in New Mexico and Texas. Previously, Zane served as counsel to U.S. Senator Pete V. Domenici (R-NM, Chairman Energy and Natural
Resources Committee & Chairman Energy and water Appropriations Subcommittee). Zane worked for Senator Domenici for the majority of the Senator’s last several years in office.
Zane is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Agriculture. Zane received his Master of Science degree in Agricultural and Extension Education from North Carolina State University. After completing his studies at NC State, Zane continued his education at Texas Tech University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate.
Zane is married to Brittany Vaughn (a Lubbock native) and they have two young daughters.
