Carmen is the Director of Livestock Marketing at Hudson Crop & Livestock, where she has served in various roles since 2016. Mescher’s focus at the company has centered around recruiting, servicing, and training crop and livestock insurance agents, as well as implementing sales and marketing initiatives related to expanding the dedicated livestock division at Hudson Crop & Livestock. She began her career in crop insurance as an agent, working directly with farmers across the Midwest. Carmen earned her bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University.
