In preparation for the 2018 Farm Bill debate, CIRB and Crop Insurance Coalition partners collaborated to create a “Crop Insurance Myths vs Facts” resource guide that debunks common misconceptions about the crop insurance program. Sign up today to receive the CIRB social media toolkits straight to your inbox. The toolkits utilize the Coalition’s resources as a guide to provide timely content that can be customized for different social media outlets by your team. In 2017, CIRB created a total of 39 weekly toolkits that were shared with CIRB members and coalition partners, with a potential reach to 440,000+ Twitter users.

In June 2018, CIRB’s #ProtectCropInsurance social media campaign was honored at the annual Agricultural Relations Council “Golden ARC” Awards. In October 2018, the campaign received a “Thoth Award” recognizing communications excellence by the Public Relations Association of America’s National Capital Chapter.
